Es gibt einen neuen Frühstücks Hotspot in Wien.
Über Instagram habe ich zufällig entdeckt, dass in Wien ein „neues“ Café seinen Platz gefunden hat, also hab ich gleich mal meine beste Freundin geschnappt und wir haben es natürlich ausprobiert 🙂
Das Hildebrandt Café , benannt nach dem Architekten des Gartenpalais Schönborn, Johann Lucas von Hildebrandt befindet sich im Volkskundemuseum in Wien.

There’s a new breakfast hotspot in Vienna.
Through Instagram I discovered by chance that a „new“ café has opened in Vienna, so I got my best friend and of course we tried it 🙂

Coffee & Breakfast *****

Die Frühstückskarte ist übersichtlich und es ist wirklich für jeden etwas dabei, egal ob süß oder pikant, die Auswahl ist groß.
Es gibt verschiedene Arten von belegte Brote, Sandwiches, Speisen mit Eier, oder verschiedene Bowl-Angebote 🙂 Was ich sehr gut finde ist, dass es viele vegane Speisen auf der Karte zu finden gibt. Hier habe ich mich zB. für das Avocadobrot entschieden. Die Portion war wirklich groß, meiner Meinung nach größer als auf den Bildern und hat satt gemacht. Das Brot war unglaublich lecker und sehr frisch, der Belag perfekt und das beste daran, es sah nicht nur gut aus, sondern hat auch lecker geschmeckt. Meiner Meinung nach eines der besten Avocado-Brote die ich bis jetzt  in Wien gegessen habe. Gekostet hat das Frühstück 8,90€ was ich vollkommen OK finde.  Mit Kaffee habe ich zusammen 11,70€ bezahlt. Btw. auch der Kaffee war sehr gut 🙂

The breakfast menu is clear and there is something for everyone, whether sweet or spicy, the selection is large. There are different kinds of breads, sandwiches, dishes with eggs, or different bowl offers 🙂 What I think is very good is that there are many vegan dishes on the menu. This time I tried the avocado bread. The portion was really big, in my opinion bigger than it looks like on the pictures and very filling. The bread was incredibly tasty and very fresh, the topping perfect and the best thing about it was that it not only looked good, it also tasted delicious. In my opinion one of the best avocado breads I have eaten in Vienna so far. The breakfast costs 8,90€ which I think is absolutely OK. With coffee I paid 11,70€ in total. Btw. also the coffee was very good 🙂

Personal *****

Kaum angekommen, wurden wir zu unserem reservierten Tisch gebracht und uns wurde ein Glas Wasser serviert. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, organisiert und man fühlte sich einfach wohl. Ich finde ein Café ist erst dann ausgezeichnet, wenn nicht nur das Essen gut ist, sondern man sich auch willkommen fühlt. -dies traf hier definitiv zu 🙂

As soon as we arrived, we were brought to our reserved table and a glass of water was served to us. The staff was very friendly, organized and we just felt comfortable. I think a café is only excellent if not only the food is good, but you also feel welcome. -This was definitely true here 🙂

Ambiente*****

Das gesamte Café ist  klein und übersichtlich, was ich unglaublich gut finde. Somit ist eine heimelige und gemütliche Atmosphäre gegeben. Dadurch, dass der ganze Raum durch die großen Fenster mit Licht überflutet wird wirkt das ganze sehr offen und freundlich. Die Einrichtung ist eine Mischung aus Modern & Antik, was dem ganzen noch einen extra Wohlfühltouch gibt.

The whole café is small and clear, which I find incredibly good. This creates a homely and cozy atmosphere. Because the whole room is flooded with light through the large windows, it looks very open and friendly. The interior is a mixture of modern & antique, which gives the whole thing an extra feel-good touch

Persönliches Fazit

Definitv eines meiner neuen Lieblings Frühstückscafés. Hab auch gleich schonwieder ein neues Date mit meiner Freundin ausgemacht 😉 Ich kann das Café wirklich jedem ans Herz legen der gut Frühstücken gehen möchte. 🙂

Definitely one of my new favorite breakfast cafes. I also arranged a new date with my girlfriend 😉 I can really recommend the café to everyone who wants to have a good breakfast. 🙂
